Let's face it- life is mundane sometimes. A lot of the time, actually. It is practically impossible, with the exception of being a small child with a vast imagination, to make ever second of every day seem magical and exciting. Think about it. Have YOU ever considered washing the dishes or doing laundry or homework or banking to be exciting? I didn't think so. Yet, we somehow find ourselves seeking out those moments of excitement and magic or trying tirelessly from dusk till dawn to keep ourselves entertained and interested in our surroundings. Many of which become boring and routine- they become normal and we ourselves, desensitized to the magic within our world. From there, we try to create, create, create. If we can't find magic, we try to make it but sometimes that's just not enough. However, rather than constantly seeking something entirely new I challenge you to take a closer, more meaningful look at the world around you, adopt a new perspective, and find magic in the mundane!
